Zotac NM10-B-E
$154.00
Released May, 2010
The Pros:Excellent value for an HTPC system, with an on board wifi card. Passively cooled dual Core Atom CPU means that the computer will be quiet, again good for a media system. The processor is powerful enough for everyday productivity usage and web browsing.
The Cons:Don't expect much performance from the Atom processor and DDR2 ram. If buyers are adding a dedicated GPU, they will need to ensure a good case air flow, otherwise all the passively cooled components will get warm.

When paired with a low end dedicated GPU (which might also be passively cooled), it can be quite the capable media system, with the ability to play back 1080p content with ease
