The Cons:Can not mix audio and video sources; i.e. listen to stereo while watching TV. Some potential problems with Xbox 360 HDMI..there's a fix available in the Xbox 360 settings however.

It features six HDMI v1.4a outputs and dual simultaneous outputs that support Deep Color (30/36 bit), x.v.Color, 24Hz Refresh, Auto Lip-Sync compensation, and 3D. Included also is networking capabilities (web radio, Rhapsody, Sirus), HD audio decoding with CINEMA DSP 3D technology, Zone 2 compatibility, and IntelliAmp technology for assigning amplifiers for a bi-amp configuration. Unfortunately there is no USB port, which means iPod/iPhone integration will require a separate purchase.
