Featuring a total of 23 different configurations, this mid-range model is optimized for industrial and mid-sized housework and can function as a set of twin A frames in addition to its step and extension ladder qualifications. A thick gauge aluminum design makes the ES-17T11G1 both lightweight and durable, weighing just over 35 pounds. A 1A weight capacity rating makes the product suitable for combined weights up to 300 pounds, with a wide 24-inch base for sturdiness. Vertical adjustments from 9 to 15 feet can be made via non-pinching rail locks that can extend or retract in increments of 1 foot, and horizontal angle adjustments are governed by a set of spring-activated hinge locks. The ladder also features aircraft-grade extrusions for increased joint durability, and flared end beams for added stability. D-shaped rungs provide a flatter and therefore safer stepping surface for the worker's foot, with more than enough width to allow both feet to fit and rest safely. A two-year manufacturer warranty is included with purchase.
