The Pros:Easier than wearing an "I'm a dork" T-Shirt. Using a treadmill provides a great workout.
The Cons:Stupid, and pointless. Not very portable. Using a treadmill outside because of nice weather is called 'Jogging' or even 'Running'.
The Treadmill Bike allows you to use your legs for locomotion while getting a quality treadmill workout at the same time. If using the treadmill is a favorite workout, but it's nice outside and you want to get some fresh air, the treadmill BIKE allows you to get the best of both worlds.
The treadmill has variable resistance for the more advanced 'biker', although this feature may not be available on all models. The best way to describe how the bike works is to see it in action.

#treadmill_bike I'm pretty sure this bike was invented by a guy from Waterloo, On. I've seen some of his other bikes like the couch bike and 4 seater (i think). Yay for nerds.

#treadmill_bike I still can't get over this ridiculous product. I think treadmills are borderline pointless, let alone an outdoor treadmill that removes all the benefits of a treadmill in the first place. JUST RUN!

#treadmill_bike omg o_O I'm mesmerized - is this a joke? Do some people REALLY like running on a treadmill over the ground that much? And its $2500! I could get one damn fine bike for that... and spinners? is that really going to sell more of these? I just don't see my "G's" in the "hood" riding one of these... you might as well wear a sign saying "look at me I'm an idiot".
