The Toshiba Satellite P505-S8002 is an everyday multimedia/business laptop released as a precursor to the P505-S8010. It hosts a stronger dual-core processor, but lacks its peer’s advanced graphics processing.

It does however host an 18.4” display built for handling 720p video content; plus there’s an HDMI output for transmitting to a compatible high-definition device. Although it can’t manage modern 3D games, it does host the essentials needed for multimedia like watching 1080p Blu-ray discs, 720p DVDs (integrated upscaling), and listening to songs through the professional-grade Harmon Kardon speakers.
