It takes a grand step up from its predecessors (S7210, S7220) in that it can be used as a traditional notebook with a keyboard/touchpad or twisted into a touch-sensitive 12.1” WXGA tablet PC that even accepts digital pen input.

Plus it’s powered by a superior Intel Core i5 processor, features Bluetooth connectivity, and adds along a webcam. Like its little cousin (S7220), the M780-S7230 includes 3GB of DDR3 RAM, a 250GB SATA HDD, a DVD SuperMulti drive, USB Sleep-and-Charge for powering up portable electronic devices even when the notebook is asleep or off, a fingerprint reader for improved security, and Gigabit Ethernet / 802.11n WiFi connectivity.
