Toshiba Portege M780-S7220
$1,399.00
Released March, 2010
The Pros:Battery lasts a long time, typically several hours. Fairly small and light weight, easy to carry around. Buttons on the panel and overall construction feel durable and high quality.
The Cons:Tends to drop its WiFi connection frequently. Prone to occasional lock-ups that are difficult to work around. Comes with enough bloatware that the whole system works very slow before you clean it out.
The Toshiba Portege M780-S7220 is one of four available configuration options for the Portege M780 notebook released in March 2010 as an update to the M750. It builds from the S72210 by incorporating 3GB of DDR3 RAM, a larger 250GB SATA HDD, and a DVD SuperMulti drive.
