Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2

$60.00 Released September, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Missions are interesting and very replayable. Enemy AI is improved from the first game, keeps you guessing. Easy enough to pick up and play without needing a big tutorial.

The Cons:Storyline is confusing and a little vague. Some graphics are out of place or poorly rendered. Lacks the realism of a simulator, feels a bit like a generic arcade game.

Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2 is the sequel to 2009's H.A.W.X. It takes place in the Middle East after the events in the first game, where player has to investigate various insurgency hotspots and the disappearance of Russian nuclear weapons.

Instead of controlling one group of pilots like in the first game, the player controls three groups - British, American, and Russian. Each group has its own missions, pilots, and supporting characters. Like the previous game, the player can fly various aircraft including the F-22 Raptor, F-35 Lightning II and the Su-37 Terminator. New to the game are time-precision targeted bombs and UAV's on stealth missions, as well as the ability to takeoff and land, including aircraft carrier landings. There is also in-air refueling. Graphics and A.I. have been improved from the first game. There is a up to four-person co-op mode, and an eight-person dogfight multiplayer mode. New to any Tom Clancy game, is the in-game references to other games in the Tom Clancy universe, such as Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six.
