During a workout, a target zone can be set with an alert for when the wearer slips out of the zone. The watch can also create a target zone for the user based on 5 recorded maximum heart rates. 5 linked interval timers can be set with selectable target zones for each segment, and the display can show beats-per-minute or the percentage of maximum heart rate on the fly. Once completed, a workout review shows the average, peak and minimum heart rates as well as the estimated calories burned.
