Product Shot 1The T-Mobile Sidekick LX is a mobile slider phone originally released in October 2007, but updated several times since. The latest Sidekick LX model is thinner and lighter than previous Sidekicks, but it boasts a larger 3.2” display with an improved 854×480 resolution; a well-spaced keyboard with easy-access keys for quickly flipping through Yahoo, AIM, and MSN conversations; and an improved interface with a rotating wheel, a cursor pad, and four action buttons.

And since the LX is geared for heavy-duty communicators, it offers full access to POP3/IMAP4 emails, although it is lacking support for Microsoft Exchange. More importantly the Sidekick LX 2009 adds 3G support for high-speed web browsing, as well as built-in support for all the major social networking applications like Facebook. Additional features include a 3.2MP camera with support for video capture/playback, a built-in music player, and an included 1GB SD card.
