The Pros:Setup is fairly simple, just use the standard menus to turn on mic support. Doesn't press down on the top of your head, sits up there light. Doesn't crush your ears, no uncomfortable pressure.
The Cons:Needs to be handled with care, can't take much abuse without breaking.
