Srixon Z-Star Driver

The Srixon Z-Star Driver is a driver released in 2011 featuring a new STAR Fitting System, which was designed to allow golfers to independently adjust the face angle and also the internal weighting of the clubhead.

There are in fact 84 possible configurations per loft, allowing for a very custom club fitting. By being able to do this, golfers can therefore achieve more accurate shots. Quite the opposite of a traditional driver, the Z Star Driver offers many revolutionary new technologies, much like the above, such as Quick Tune so golfers need not turn the wrench 20 times to hear a click, included additional weights for easily switching weights, and even a hidden slot for conveniently storing the weights. There’s also a variable face design in which the face has been enlarged, thereby to increase the COR area by 5 percent, meaning the driver can achieve greater distance and forgiveness.
