Sony MHC-EC909iP

$200.00 Released May, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Strong, deep bass support. Accurate sound production from the main speakers. Compact design fits on bookshelves perfectly.

The Cons:Speaker cords are too short to set up around the room. Limited inputs, no support for RCA devices. Sound does not reach loud enough volume for larger spaces.

The Sony MHC-EC909iP is a mini Hi-Fi shelf system designed to output high-quality audio, while taking up a minimal amount of space. Released as an upgrade from the original MHC-EC709iP, the MHC-EC909iP adds along a 7.9” dedicated subwoofer, therefore effectively increasing the RMS power output from just 360 watts all the way up to 540 watts.

Gokuchisakeonnago!: #sony_mhc_ec909ip I bought this last week at Sears in Pembroke mall and the problem is I can't extend the wires. The wires, unlike those on Mhc ec55 and Mhc ec98pi, have those stupid connectors like those on Ethernet cables, albeit a slightly smaller version. Also, I wish it had 3 CDs instead just a single CD.

Anonymous: I have no idea how the protect mode came about, but I fixed it by opening up the case and cleaning the fan, the filter thingy and took out two coins that somehow got in there. works fine now. May 8, 12
