The Sony BRAVIA KDL-60EX500 is one of five CCFL backlit LCD HDTVs announced in 2010 as part of the KDL-EX500 Series. Although priced the same as KDL-EX600 models, the KDL-60EX500 and its peers differ in that they utilize Motionflow 120Hz Technology, allowing for smoother transitions and onscreen movement.

The KDL-60EX500 is the largest in the series, coming in at slightly over 60”. It too delivers full 1080p resolution and connects via 7 HDMI ports, including HDMI component and HDMI PC. Users can access content in its correct form from DVD players, Blu-ray disc players, and even gaming consoles. Included also is a USB port for accessing videos, images, or music from a USB-enabled device.
