The Blu-Ray player is capable of reading both 2D and 3D output at full High Definition and can upscale lower resolutions close to 1080p. The player can perform the upscale function for media from both online sources and discs. The system includes a wireless adapter that can be used to connect to the internet without the assistance of another device like a home computer; media can then be streamed to the player directly for use.
