Product Shot 1The Sole F85 is a premium treadmill, the flagship offering in Sole's F series of treadmills. The F85 and the closely related F83 have many specs in common. Both treadmills have a heart rate zone graph that allows you to visually measure your heart rate, so that you can stay within your recommended heart rate zone while you work out.

Product Shot 2 Both treadmills have six preset workout programs, including cardio training and fat burning modes. Both the F83 and F85 have a red LED display that shows the speed, incline, time, distance traveled, calories, pulse and pace. There are also built-in speakers that allow you to plug in any MP3 player (like an iPod) on both treadmills. The F85 is an improvement over the lower cost F83 in that it has a larger 20" x 60" running surface (compared to the F83's 20" x 58"), 33" x 80" deck (compared to the F83's 33" x 78"), 400 pound user weight limit (compared to the F83's 375 pound weight limit), and 3.5HP motor (compared to the F83's 3.0HP motor).
