Product Shot 2 The incline and speed are controllable with the arm rest controls. There are six preset workout programs on the F63, including cardio training and fat burning modes. You can also create your own custom workout programs as User 1 or User 2. The blue LCD display of this treadmill shows the speed, incline, time, distance traveled, calories, pulse and pace that you are at. There are built-in speakers on the F63 that allow you to plug in any MP3 player (like an iPod) and have it play aloud. The F63 has many of the same specs as the closely related F80, but has a lower power motor (2.5HP compared to 3.0HP), lower max. user weight (325lbs. compared to 350lbs.), a deck that is not whisper quiet like the F80's, and a smaller range of speeds (1-10 mph compared to 0.5-11 mph). The Sole F63 comes with a lifetime warranty for the frame and motor, as well as a three parts warranty and one year labor warranty.
