Product Shot 2 To ensure that it is also durable, the 6000 FB is equipped with a cold forged aluminum spool, which is able to put up with some abuse. The stainless steel ball bearings are shielded, so that they are also geared toward durability. As far as reel operation goes, the Super Stopper II anti-reverse feature consists of a one-way bearing. This design eliminates backplay on your retrieve. To further help with retrieve, the Shimano Socorro 6000 FB is also equipped with a Dyna-Balance feature, which consists of a counter balanced rotor that has enhanced sensitivity.
