Sanus BF24
Released January, 2010
The Pros:Good height for a lower profile bookshelf setup. Easy to put together. Inexpensive.
The Cons:Very light, so it doesn't feel that sturdy. Only very small neoprene triangles to isolate speaker from stand. About as basic as possible. Nothing fancy at all.
The Sanus BF24 is a 24" MDF entry-level speaker stand part of their basic series. It features plastic carpet spikes, an MDF base, and 6.5" x 6.5" MDF top plate. A piece of plastic fits in the slot on the pillar to conceal the speaker wire.
