The Samsung WB700 is a digital camera unveiled at CES 2011. In particular, the ultra-slim WB700 is a weaker counterpart to the Samsung NX11, though it does have a stronger 16MP CCD sensor, as well as an 18x optical zoom 1.3x smart zoom, and 24mm ultra-wide Schneider Kreuznach lens.

Together they allow the unit to deliver quality images, as well as capture 1080p video in H.264. Also included is full manual control, Smart Filter 2.0 (soft focus, half-tone dot, cinema), zoom noise reduction, and an optical zoom that slides backwards and forwards. The WB700 is better for compact digital use, whereas its counterpart, the NX11, is geared more for intermediate and professional-level photographers.
