The Pros:Higher resolution screen than the iPad 2. Even thinner than the iPad 2 - .33 inches thick. Extremely good battery life - 10 hours of video playback.
The Cons:Samsung's custom UI will slow down the release of firmware updates for the device. Like all Android tablets doesn't have the same number of apps as the iPad. After the 1st update it still have many lags and some crashes.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a touchscreen tablet device from the Samsung company. Featuring a 10.1-inch backlit WVGA touchscreen, this model runs Google's Android 3.0 "Honeycomb" operating system and is available in both 16 and 32-gigabyte storage sizes.

A 1-gigahertz dual-core processor is included for fast download speeds and lag-free multitasking, with full 1080p HD video playback offered for optimal movie viewing . High-definition content can be captured via the tablet's 8-megapixel rear-facing digital camera, with an additional 2-megapixel front-facing camera included for videoconferencing applications. Dedicated YouTube and Facebook services are provided with multiple direct-uploading options for picture and video files, with a wide variety of Google services offered that include Gmail, Google Maps with A-GPS and Google Talk. Wireless data is available in the form of 21 megabits-per-second HSPA+ (3.5G), with WiFi also available for local network connectivity.
