The Pros:Improved woofers than those found in the first generation Psyko 5.1. 5 individual speakers for real surround sound - does a great job with positional audio cues, ideal for competitive gamers. Lower asking price than the original Psyko 5.1.

The Cons:Heavy and large. Designed primarily for gaming - not ideal for use with movies or music. Doesn't sound as good as similarly priced 2 channel headphone - higher levels of distortion, background noise, lower dynamic range.
