Prometheus Allegro Lighter

Product Shot 1All of the Prometheus lighters use butane gas for clean burning. It is difficult to understand the rationale of a smoker who will spend $5.00 or more for a cigar but who will light his cigar with a lighter which uses oil fluid.

Where to Buy

The lighters which use oil fluid generate such an unpleasant gasoline odor upon ignition, and will kill the taste and aroma of your favorite cigar. For the traditionalists who would like to use wooden matches to light their cigars, we would like to assure them that the clean burning of Prometheus lighters, which use finely refined Prometheus butane gas, will preserve the purity of tobacco.

Prometheus electronic piezo lighters have a built-in electronic piezo unit inside of the lighter. When the ignition button of the electronic piezo lighter is pushed down, butane gas is released from the gas tank and at the same time, an electronic spark is generated. When butane gas and electronic spark come in contact, flame is generated. The turning of the spark wheel of flint lighters could be hard on your thumb. The electronic piezo lighters have been the choice of smokers who do not like turning the spark wheel of flint lighters and who prefer visible soft flame to invisible, strong jet turbo flame.

Anonymous: #prometheus_allegro_lighter Prometheus lighters suck in my opinion. I bought a BRAND NEW one and it doesn't work. I followed instructions to the letter & it still doesn't work. Called customer service ... what a waste of time! Nov 26, 10
