From individual voice-directed routines to a comprehensive 8-week regimen, the cards trigger visually-aided instructions from the high-resolution Grafixx display while automatically adjusting speed and resistance levels to suit a given program. On-board games such as "Fat Blocker" and "Calorie Destroyer" are included that users can play while riding, earning credits as they complete distance checkpoints. For manual exercise, 12 resistance levels are available from low to to high intensity for controlled calorie burning and sufficient momentum. Ipod and other Mp3 player compatibility is supported via the "Interplay" function, allowing auxiliary connection directly into the unit for content playback through the ZX2's speakers. Constant heart rate monitoring is provided via the bike's dual-grip EKG system, providing users with second-to-second information that they can use to tailor their workout sessions around. A fully adjustable seat is included for optimal height and comfortability, with the whole unit possessing a weight capacity of 250 pounds. In addition, separate warranties for frame as well as parts and labor are included with purchase.
