ProForm XT 90

The ProForm XT 90 is one of two specialized incline treadmills (XT 70, XT 90) that begin at a 10% incline, but can be pulled up all the way to 20%, allowing users to burn 4x the calories versus a flat-level treadmill.

It builds from the XT 70 by incorporating more workout routines and advanced ProShox cushioning, which responds to the movement of your muscles, thereby keeping them tense throughout the entire workout. This helps better strengthen, tone and tighten lower and upper body muscles. Like its counterpart, the XT 90 allows the user to manually adjust cushioning / intensity levels; plug in an iPod or MP3 player; and build an online fitness profile using the iFit Live module (WiFi network required).
