Featured also are 24 intensity positions that change the cushioning level and the workout plan to make the experience more difficult for the user. Even more noticeable though is the incorporation of iFit Live wireless technology, which allows a user with an at-home WiFi network to receive new workout downloads, manage an online profile, race with Facebook friends, track nutrition, and work out with Jillian Michaels.
