ProForm Epic View 550

The ProForm Epic View 550 is an advanced treadmill from ProForm. It’s almost a duplicate of the 1050T, except that it adds along a 7” flat-screen television that can be used to either watch TV or track one’s workout intensity.

Unfortunately the View 550 trades in its predecessor’s Music Port, though it does still host an integrated audio system with 3” drivers. Featured is a professional-grade 3.0 CHP Odyssey II motor that uses a self-cooling process to extend the unit’s life; a ComfortStride cushioning system that reduces joint impact; and a heart-rate monitor. Speed and incline are both limited to 12 (mph/%), and 12 calorie burn workouts have been included for users needing a pre-programmed routine.
