ProForm 780 CrossWalk

$1,299.00 Released January, 2010

Product Shot 1The ProForm 780 CrossWalk is one of two Crosswalk treadmills (570, 780) that function as both a treadmill and a part-time elliptical. Featured are CrossWalk Upper-Body Arm handlebars that function similar to an elliptical trainer in that they provide the user with an upper body workout, though critics say the bars aren’t optimally positioned.

In particular, the 780 adds along interactive CrossWalk workouts that prompt the user to use the elliptical-like handlebars during his or her workout. The only other change is a switch from a 2.8 HP to a 3.0 HP motor, which simply means the motor will last longer and perform at a quieter volume. Additional features include a built-in fan on the console, a heart-rate monitor, and 15 pre-programmed workouts.
