#powercost_monitor I called their customer support about the installation process. The customer support staff confirmed that i did all of the installation steps correctly and that he would need to refer the matter to his supervisor. However, the supervisor is on vacation and he did not know when he would return and no one else was available to assist me. Mean while i wait for the supervisor to call and make a decision as to if i get a replacement sending unit. The product may be good but the service is not off to a good start.
