Those looking for a bigger screen should look into the AVH-P5200BT, which is a similar unit with a larger 7-inch flip-out screen. The Bluetooth technology in this AV receiver is used for mobile phone pairing, a feature enabling hands-free phone calls. The audio from calls is routed through the vehicles’ speaker system, while an external microphone picks up the user’s voice. Apple iPods can be connected to this unit via USB, and advanced controls will be shown onscreen including album art, alphabet search and iTunes tagging. The Pioneer AVH-P3200BT is navigation and HD radio ready, meaning additional hardware is compatible with this device.
