Anonymous: #philips_pd7016_37 I just bought this product 3/4/2011, went to turn the one unit on and the switch is already broken. Called Philips to have it replaced, and they will send me a refurbished unit. What a crock...... Not even used for a month and their idea is a refurb. Mar 25, 11

Anonymous: #philips_pd7016_37 Used this product twice for both children. Went to use it the 3rd time and the one player keeps saying bad disc. I put in every DVD in the car and same thing. I do take the screens and players out of the car after each use because of the cold weather we are having. Feb 5, 11

Anonymous: I'm having that issue with one of them as well. I even tried using a lens cleaner and it didn't work because it skipped around. Feb 17, 13
