The Pentax Optio WG-1 is a compact digital camera designed with all-terrain and adventure photography in mind. It is waterproof, dustproof, crushproof, shockproof and lightweight and comes with a carabiner and strap making it easy to carry around hands free.

The Optio WG-1 comes packed with photography features such as a 14 megapixel resolution camera, a wide angle 5X internal optical zoom lens, video capture in widescreen 720p high definition and a HDMI output. It also comes with a 2.7" LCD features a wide angle 16:9 aspect ratio with anti-reflective coating for easy viewing and video playback. The fast face detection, blink detection, new self-portrait assist mode and Eye-Fi connectivity for WiFi capability make it easier to share pictures with friends and social networks. With its toughened design, the Pentax Optio WG-1 camera is capable of capturing images in all kinds of rough terrain or environment.
