On the Edge Pots

$85.00 Released May, 2006

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Cool design. Space-saver - good for small balconies.

The Cons:Expensive. Won't fit railings wider than 60 mm (2.4").

The traditional window box pot is usually very one-dimensional. The pot either hangs out - giving your neighbours a nice view of your flowers, or hangs in - giving you a nice view of your flowers but your neighbours with a back view of nothing.

Product Shot 2 The On the Edge pot by Michael Hilgers gives you the best of both worlds. The ingenious design takes a traditional pot and splits it in two. Each half is able to house a plant of its own with its own separate container. The pot is made from water-resistant polyethylene and can straddle any balcony up to 60 mm in thickness. The pot comes in a number of cool colours, but they are hard to find.
