19 different workout programs are included for focused exercise on a variety of areas, with 2 customizable user profiles for saving personal statistics and results. Telemetric heart rate information is gathered through grip-mounted pulse detectors and an included chest belt, with 4 "Polar" modes for lowering resting pulse and increasing overall stamina. 6 additional virtual time and distance courses are featured, with pre-set distances and inclinations up to 12%. Speed level can be increased to 12 miles-per-hour, with an integrated fan system included to maintain healthy body temperature readings. When workout sessions are included, the T514 can be quickly folded using the "SoftDrop" compacting system, decreasing its footprint for storage.
