  It features SNAFU Sanford tires to provide traction and grip and has rear Tektro U-brakes.  The 2010 Fraction includes Cromo 8.25" handlebars, an ultralight stem, and Mongoose's Pivotal saddle.  The bike comes in a white color with checkered accents and has a suggested retail price of $650.
