Mizuno MX-1000
$1,000.00
Released February, 2010
The Pros:Plenty of forgiveness for any level of player. Smooth buttery feel on contact when you hit it right. Great looking club, lots of high-end detailing.
The Cons:Doesn't allow for much workability. Not as hot off the face as other clubs in this price range. Bulkier design not ideal for all golfers, many might prefer blades for better maneuverability.

Plus the unit’s Hollow Technology with internal extreme MOI weighting results in an extra low and deep COG, allowing for an easy, high, and straight ball flight. Like its peers in the MX series, the MX-1000 utilizes modified u-grooves to conform to the Condition of Competition 2010 to produce an ideal spin rate for maximum playability in all conditions.
