Life Fitness T5-0

The Life Fitness T5-0 is a folding treadmill with a number of flexible programs. While a variety of workouts are available that vary speeds and incline throughout, a wider array of options are available in later models such as the Life Fitness T5-5 and Life Fitness T7-0.

The GoSystem Quick Start stores workouts under 2 user profiles, storing speed and incline preferences for 4 separate pre-programmed workouts as well as 1 custom workout. The LED display provides feedback throughout the workout, displaying heart rate information and progress throughout the workout. Wireless heart rate monitoring is handled through an included chest strap. The FlexDeck shock absorption system is also used to reduce vibrations, which helps to reduce the chances of injury.
