The Pros:Affordable price. Fairly powerful hardware standard - configurable to be quite powerful, dual core processors, DDR3 memory. Higher than average Lenovo ThinkPad build quality.

The Cons:Not as well engineered as the higher end series. No discrete graphics option - Intel GMA only, good enough for 2D productivity and media playback only. Not as many upgrade options as the higher end series.

The Lenovo ThinkPad SL510 is a line of laptops designed for business use with a full suite of business grade technology and gives great features, portability and price. Standard processor options include either a 1.8GHz Intel Celeron processor or a 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, and it comes standard with 2GB of DDR3 RAM.
