Krups GVX1

The Krups GVX1 is a mid-cost coffee grinder. This grinder operates on the Burr Milling System, which preserves the coffee's aroma and flavor by avoiding overheating. To make sure you also get the texture you want out of your coffee, there is a fineness selector that has seventeen options, from fine to coarse.

There is also a quantity selector, which allows you to choose two to twelve cups. When you have chosen a certain amount of cups, the grinder shuts off automatically after grinding the right amount of beans. To make sure there is no unwanted grinding, which can be dangerous, the GVX1 will not operate unless the lid to the bean hopper and coffee container are in place. This coffee grinder has the same specs as the slightly higher cost GVX2 model, except that the GVX2 has stainless steel in its construction, whereas the GVX1 is all plastic.
