The 3x optical zoom of this camera allows you to get in close to subjects without sacrificing image quality. The 2.7" LCD display of the EasyShare C143 allows you to frame and view photos. The blur reduction feature helps to cut down on pictures ruined by subject movement. This camera lacks the higher cost EasyShare C195's 14 megapixel resolution (for even more detailed photos), 5x optical zoom (for more subject range), and 3.0" display screen.
