Product Shot 1The KitchenAid KSM95ER is a basic bowl mixer. It uses a tilt-back design that allows the head to move out of the way of the bowl and provide easy access to the beaters. The 300 watt motor is controlled by a 10-speed solid state control to vary the speed from a slow stir to a very high whip.

The included flat beater and dough hook are both burnished, and the wire whip is in stainless steel. The hub cover is attached to the top of the unit and is non-hinged to prevent it being accidentally opened.
