KitchenAid KEBC167VSS

The KitchenAid KEBC167VSS is a 36" built-in convection oven from KitchenAid's Architect series.  The oven has an extra large capacity of 5.1 cu.ft. and features KitchenAid's True Convection cooking system which utilizes a third hidden rear element and a rear fan to better circulate the air for faster, more even cooking results.

  The system includes an EasyConvect conversion system in which you can input the conventional cooking time and temperature and the system will automatically convert it to the equivalent convection time.  The KEBC167VSS has a closed door broiler with two adjustable broiler elements to handle a variety of portion sizes and a CleanBake hidden element which warms both the bottom and sides of the oven for better baking results.  It also offers a self-cleaning system with soil level/time selection and an automatic door lock for security and includes a number of cooking features such as an electronic temperature probe which turns off the oven once the food is cooked.   The KEBC167VSS is designed with a framed glass inner door, large glass window, gray porcelain interior finish, and touch electronic controls.  It is available in a stainless steel finish and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.  The oven is a larger version of KitchenAid's KEBC147V since it is 2 cu.ft. larger in capacity and 12" larger in width.
