This mixer has 10 speeds ranging from a very fast whip to a very slow stir and comes with 3 different mixing attachments, a Wire Whip, a Dough Hook, and a Flat Beater. The KG25H0XWH is powered by a Direct Drive Transmission that provides the power for heavy duty mixing. This is couple with a large 5 quart stainless steel bowl to fit large volumes of batter and dough. The entire unit weighs a hefty 29 pounds and is not ideal for easy moving and storage.
