Kitchen-Aid K45SSWH

The Kitchen-Aid K45SSWH is a Classic Series 120V Stand Mixer.  The K45SSWH uses a Tilt-Head design to allow easy access to the bowl during mixing.  The mixer has 10 speeds ranging from a very fast whip to a very slow stir and comes with 3 different types of beaters, a Dough Hook, Flat Beater, and Wire Whip.

  The mixer runs off of a 250 watt motor.  The bowl is a Brushed Stainless Steel and can hold 4-1/2 quarts, which yields 3-3/4 loaves of bread OR 6-3/4 dozen of cookies OR 6-1/2 pounds of mashed potatoes.  The total D/H/W of the K45SSWH is 14-1/8" x 13-15/16" x 8-3/4" respectively, and weighs a gross total of 25 pounds.  All Kitchen-Aid large appliances come with a Hassle-Free Replacement Warranty.

The Dough Hook attachment comes in a 'C' shape and will knead yeast dough for bread and pizza.  The Flat Beater is Nylon Coated to prevent the sticking of batter during mixing.  The easy slide controls making changing speeds simple and force free.  This model only comes in the colour white.
