Kettler Coach M
$999.99
Released January, 2011
The Pros:Durably constructed for years of daily use. Setup is quick and easy, doesn't take much time to do. Generally fairly quiet while in use, can't hear it in the next room.
The Cons:Doesn't give you much information on the display, can't calculate distance or split times. Real-time heart rate isn't very accurate. Squeak in the fly-wheel at the end of the drive develops fairly early in the cycle.
The Kettler Coach M is an electronic rower designed to provide a total body workout. Featured is a durable KETTLER designed frame with extra padded seat rollers for a smooth glide, chrome plated steel rails capable of withstanding years of use, and a balanced magnetic-brake system for variable resistance levels between 1 and 10.

As well as providing a full workout, the rower also includes various added conveniences for tracking results. There’s an LCD training console for counting strokes and distance traveled, and a wireless heart rate monitor for monitoring heart rate and then transmitting to a computer. Users say the Kettler Coach M is well built, easy to use, and optimal for full body workouts and even specific conditioning—what with the bevy of pre-set programs.
