The Pros:Easy to use - automatically turns on/off when the LCD panel is opened/closed. Takes good still photographs - no need to carry a camcorder and a digital camera. Lightweight - can be carried around without too much trouble.
The Cons:Short battery life - will need to purchase a spare battery to get the most out of the camcorder. Not the best low-light performance - works best in well-lit conditions. Lacks external mic input - users must rely on the built-in mic.
The JVC Everio GZ-MG750 is a compact video camera that records to an internal hard drive. It is built to be as easy to use as possible, automatically turning itself on and opening the lens cover when the LCD is opened and turning off and covering the lens when the LCD is closed.

Uploading to YouTube can be done with the touch of a button after a clip is recorded, or optionally the camera can be set to limit recording time to 10 minutes to fit YouTube's limitations. Other ways to work with recorded media include burning DVDs with the optional Share Station, or editing the clips with the included Everio MediaBrowser software for Windows. The Konica Minolta lens can capture video at up to 1920x1080 high definition (1080p equivalent), and still images can be taken in 832x624 resolution. The optical zoom can magnify up to 20x, and with the aid of a digital zoom can go up to 45x.
