Jack in the Box
$14.61
Released January, 2011
The Pros:99-cent value menu offers a wide array of choices - onion rings, french fries, jalapeño poppers and "Jumbo Jacks". Many locations are open 24 hours a day - great for night-shift workers and bar-hoppers. Breakfast menu is appetizing affordable - "Breakfast Jack"s, home fries, eggs and a selection of juices and coffees are regularly available.
The Cons:Kids menu is fairly limited - hamburger, cheeseburger and chicken nugget options are no different than McDonalds, Wendy's and Burger King. Most locations feature very small dining rooms - not conducive to larger parties or claustrophobic customers. Comparatively lacking in services tailored to small children - play place and high chair services put McDonalds and Burger King at an advantage.
