12 preset programs are included that intend to provide a host of different health benefits, including pulse recovery, heart rate control and wattage output. Customizable step-by-step routines are also available, with manual override allowing the user to choose what works for them. Working in conjunction with the unit's heart-monitoring "Pulse" sensors, the pulse recovery mode allows riders to find out how long after a workout their heart-rate returns to a resting level. Readings from "Very Poor" to "Excellent" are provided, encouraging out-of-shape participants to work with the feature until sufficient results are noticed. Oversized seat and foot pedal designs are included that can safely support riders of all ages, with both mechanisms featuring full adjustability for short to tall height ranges. A belt-driven system prevents unwanted friction and noise by maintaining a magnetic resistance system, offering 16 levels of tension that can be adjusted via the interactive display. In addition, a magazine net is conveniently located under the seat of the 1725 for quick user access during hands-free exercise, with an unencumbered step-through frame design allowing users to get on and off the bike without worry or tripping or falling.
