The Pros:Really comfy- firm yet with a plush top. Some sagging mattresses may be a bad batch - IKEA employee in Twin Cities said that that "sometimes happens - just bring it back". Comfortable and firm. no problems in the long run.
The Cons:Sags terribly in the middle after a couple of months (but they've agreed to exchange). The springs are crude and hard and can be felt under the thin layer of foam. It hurts after a few hours.

#ikea_sultan_hasselback_mattress I am a pretty large guy 6'4" weighing in around 280 lbs and this mattress is killing my back! I've had it for around 2 years... first 6 months firm and super supportive, next 6 comfortable but not as firm in spots, next 6 months a little saggy, last 3 months super saggy developing odd divits in unexpected places. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MATTRESS!

#ikea_sultan_hasselback_mattress Mine sacks HORRIBLY. I'm lying on it now and it's killing me.
BUT I own 2 other IKEA mattresses - same style and they're fine. I don't think you can return it easily. You have to have the original receipt. So wish me luck. But if they say no tomorrow I'm off to buy a Serta.
