The Cons:Flimsy plastic back cover. Large display size makes pocketablility and convenient size as a phone a potential issue. Basically the year old HD2 with a new OS.

The HTC HD7 is a smartphone designed to support multimedia viewing. The phone uses Windows Phone 7 OS, which manages all multimedia and functions through large icons and simple interfaces. This also connects the user directly to downloadable content through the Microsoft Zune store online, and allows for new applications to be downloaded.

This is similar to the HTC 7 Trophy, but has a larger 4.3 inch touch screen to deliver 480 x 800 resolution video. They have all the same features otherwise, including SRS WOW HD virtual surround sound audio for headphone use. Support is built in for a variety of audio formats including MP3 and WMA, and video support includes MP4 and WMV. Video can be recorded through the 5 megapixel camera in 720p HD format, and connections to the Internet can run through 3G, GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi.
